Rangers should approach the afternoon with confidence, having won their last four home games - a welcome statistic given their dreadful away form. Their last win on their travels was actually against the Potters, a result which left them ninth in the table. They have gone into decline since that day and it cannot have helped their cause that they have had to bed in so many new players - 17 have joined since their promotion last year. Contrast that to the steady, but sure, approach employed by Norwich and Swansea, who many would have expected to finish below QPR this season. Indiscipline has also cost Mark Hughes's side in recent weeks, with a flurry of red cards. With Euro 2012 selection a distinct possibility, Crouch will be a man out to impress new England boss Roy Hodgson in the last two games of the season. That would guarantee an uncomfortable time for the QPR backline, in what already promises to be a hard, gruelling encounter.
